Picturesque village with white houses and a beach of fine white sand, 15 kms. long. Busy resort directly by the sea, 60 kms. from Tarifa, 42 kms. from Cádiz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Interesting places to visit include the Church of La Misericordia, the Gumán el Bueno tower, (XIV-XV century). Excursions to "The White Villages", Jérez de la Frontera and boat trips to the Doñana National Reserve on the Guadalquivir river.
There are many lovely beaches in Conil de la Frontera and surrounding area for swimming and bathing and you can enjoy all kinds of water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and diving. Horseriding and biking are also available in the area and it is an ideal area for hiking and trekking. The nearest golf course is just 12 kms. away.
