Cantabria, Asturias and Leon have numerous ski resorts, Alto Campoo, Pajares, San Isidro, Manzaneda and Leitariegos being the most well-known. Some resorts offer cross-country trails which is a super way of enjoying the stunning scenery of forests and mountains.
